Important please read before you order. We have started to use UKMail lately as they seem to be more flexible, If you don't think you will be in delivery's may be left without a signature providing you ask for this on the PayPal note when you buy,a safe and dry place or neighbour should be specified as the delivery is left at your risk. This may be more convenient for you but without a signed delivery there is always the slim chance of things not quite working out as you would like, so it may be a good idea to leave a note for the driver to minimise chances of anything going wrong as we are only allowed limited space for instructions on the delivery label and mandate (approx ten words)
Otherwise we would normally ask for a signature but if you are not in a card will be left to contact the local depot but usually delivery will be attempted again next working day.
Text or Email message will be sent by UKMail for approximate delivery to you.
All goods are sent Economy Class but in most cases arrive next BUT WE DO NOT GURANTEE so please do not depend on this.
Please check the goods on delivery as a signature by you or someone on your behalf is UKMail's proof that delivery has been successfully completed Any discrepancies after this will not be accepted.
Consideration should be given around public holiday times when there is a possibility for a delay.
A tracking number is sent to you via PayPal on the evening of every despatch.
