Ordering and Payment
Payments for orders you make on the website are paid via an online secure server at RBS Worldpay or Paypal.
You can also send a cheque making sure you enclose your name and address and exactly what you want to -:

Please note if paying by cheque,goods will only be sent when payment clears.
We are able to take card payments over the phone but we have to be near the computer to do this.
Deliveries
We despatch as soon as your payment clears and will supply you with a tracking number. As a guide deliveries will arrive next working day in 99% of cases but we do not guarantee this so please remember this when placing your order. Extra time may be needed at public holiday times and when we have inclement weather. There are no Saturday Deliveries
A signature is required on delivery,this also means you are accepting the delivery in good condition ( not the packaging though as this can get knocked about ) but as its really hard for hay to get damaged its very unlikely there will be any problem.
Leaving without a signature A Useful option is to ask for a delivery to be left without a signature,you can add simple instructions when you order,but this is done on the understanding that you assume responsibility once it has been delivered. As the packs are not waterproof a dry and secure location should be specified ie Garage/Shed, please don't ask for a parcel to be "left outside if dry" as it could well rain later!!Tracking Number Email We send an email with the tracking number when your purchase has been picked up by UKMail,delivery in 99% of cases is next day but this not guaranteed,you can track the progress by entering this number on the Tracking Page from the tab at the top this page. If you hay doesn't arrive within two working days you should ring UKMail on 01332 386 444 quoting your consignment number you received from us.>
Returns and Refunds/Cancellation You have the right to cancel within seven days of ordering, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).You must return at your expense and in the original packaging,refunds will be given at our discretion.
Faulty Goods As each bale is packed only a couple of days before despatch it is highly unlikely there will be any problems with quality,hay will vary in texture and colour as we work through our stocks,we try our best to keep consistency but as it is a natural product it can be very difficult,we do try and point any variations as honestly as we can but because of cannot guarantee the hay will be exactly like the last order you had. It is always advisable to check as you use,for occasional debris from the edge of the field and net wrap that may on rare occasions get through our screening process,this however does not effect the quality of the product. Its important the hay is stored in a dry airy place at outside temperature is best. Please inform us of any other problems as soon after delivery as possible. Notification of a faulty product after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
