Delivery Problem /or Status?
Courier issues make up 99% of the reasons our customers contact us.
Over the years, we have found without exception our couriers (and we’ve used them all DPD,APC,UKMail, DHL, Evri) will not deliver as expected. We find this extremely frustrating, too. Currently, we use ParcelForce who we find pretty good at the moment. Drivers, usually get paid per delivery, so it’s not in their interest if the delivery fails.
If your delivery hasn’t arrived when you expected, the information should be here on the ParcelForce TRACKING PAGE. This is exactly the same updates all the time and will give you a delivery slot when assigned. To do this, you need to enter the Consignment Number. (usually 14 digits) It’s worth noting we send out on a Next Working day service with ParcelForce, but this doesn’t always work out and can take a little longer, so it’s a good idea to order in good time.
Sometimes multiple packs get split up, resulting in one arriving the following day. However, if you have not received after three working days, please contact us.
