Delivery Problem /or Status?

If your delivery hasn’t arrived when you expected the information should be here on the ParcelForce TRACKING PAGE. This updates all the time and will give you a delivery slot when assigned. To do this you need to enter the  Consignment Number. (usually 14 digits) It’s worth noting we send out on a 24 hour service with ParcelForce but we do notice this doesn’t always work out and can take a little longer.

Sometimes multiple packs get split up resulting in one arriving the following day. There’s no harm in telling us and we will keep an eye on it.
