We do not use a telephone number for you to contact us, instead please use the form below. This is because we work in a busy and noisey enviroment and we would like to give you our full attention and address your issue.

Delivery Problem /or Status?

Courier issues make up 99% of the reasons our customers contact us.

Over the years, we have found without exception our couriers (and we’ve used them all DPD,APC,UKMail, DHL, Evri) will not deliver as expected. As you we find this extremely frustrating. Currently, we use ParcelForce who we find pretty good at the moment.  Drivers, usually get paid per delivery, so it’s not in their interest if the delivery fails.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived when you expected, the information should be here on the ParcelForce TRACKING PAGE.  Usually you will receive a text giving you a delivery slot. However you can also  enter the  Consignment Number. (usually 14 digits) you should then be able to see the up to date tracking information, (This is exactly the same as we see) and updates all the time, It’s worth noting although we send out on a Next Working day service with ParcelForce sometimes this doesn’t always work out and can take a little longer, so it’s a good idea to order in good time.

Sometimes multiple packs get split up, resulting in one arriving the following day. However, if you have not received after three working days, please contact us.
