Our privacy statement sets out how we use and protect any information you may enter onto the DustFreeHay web site.

Your Information

We may collect the following information: 

• Your Name
• Contact information including email address and text number to facilitate an efficient and prompt delivery of our goods to you. ParcelForce use these to notify you of delivery progress.
• If you create an account we may occasionally contact you to inform you of promotions/discounts we run, stock quantities issues and any disruption to our service to you.
• Any customer feedback you give may be displayed on Review Page, anonymously if you wish, it helps us to understand any issues and to generally improve to our service.
• Credit card details are encrypted and stored securely on Stripe servers, we have no access to these.
• We will not share your information with anyone else
