Dispatch and Tracking

We usually send out on the same day we receive your order providing we have the stock,if we are out of something its only usually a delay of a day ot two and Mondays are always our busiest day and so occasionally we have to leave some of Mondays over until Tuesday.

We send with UKMail, after we have processed your order you will get a notification from them to say they are due to pick your parcell up from us and from then on they will keep you informed of the progress of your delivery right down to a one hour delivery slot, this is done by email or if you supplied a mobile number by text too, if this is not convenient an option is given to change to a more convenient day.  (Please check your "spam" in case their email find its way there)

Carriage is included to UK Mainland, but not the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White or Channel Islands  -  Please contact us for this but it is usually too expensive.

If you have asked for your delivery to be left make sure its a safe place and in cases of bad weather somewhere dry,  UKMail will not be responsible for packages requested to be left that get stolen or wet, nor will we!

We also advise of progress. ie being processed and despatched and very occasionally out of stock.

Here you will find what exactly what has happend and what the amended delivery time will be. Usually this will answer your question, there is also the contact number.

Occasionally if you have ordered items that have to go in multiple box's they can sometimes get split up, in most cases the the missing will arrive the next day.

PLEASE DO NOT RING US UNTIL YOU CHECKED OR HAVE SPOKEN WITH them YOURSELF, this is better, as they will give you the information direct.

However if you have not received your delivery or received a notification from DPD/UKMail within 2 woking days  please email us at sales@dustfreehay.co.uk where we will sort out.
