We aim to send out on the same day we receive your order providing we have the stock and DPD have not already collected, Mondays are always our busiest day and so occasionally we have to leave some of Mondays over until Tuesday.
DPD pickup times vary from late morning to late afternoon but we send right up until that point. During processing your order you will get a notification from them to say they are due to pick your parcel up from us, on the day of delivery you will get a text or email from DPD with an approximate time but also a link so you can see in real time the progress of the parcel down to a 15 minute delivery window. Covid Because of the current situation your delivery will be photographed at the given address as proof it has been delivered, at the same time the exact spot is recorded by GPS tracking too.
Carriage is included to UK Mainland only, we have no service available to the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Channel Islands – Please contact us for this but regretfully this is usually too expensive.
What to do:
ON the rare occasions that this happens or you have a query/problem with delivery then in the first instance check the DPD Local Tracking Page, enter your consignment number and postcode here and you will find exactly what is happening. Usually this will answer your question.

Occasionally if you have ordered items that have to go in more than one pack they can sometimes get split up, in most cases the the missing will arrive the next day.

No signature on delivery is required now due to Covid but you can amend delivery here, see this link Track or Amend my Parcel Delivery, However if you need your delivery to be left safe or for example with a neighbour or you need to specify a dry place instructions should be added directly through the delivery link sent to you by DPD after purchase from us. Remember our packs are not waterproof so in cases of bad weather a safe dry place should be specified, once left neither we or DPD Local will be responsible for packages that get wet or stolen.
