We aim to send out on the same day we receive your order providing we have the stock and its before 2pm. We have collections everyday except Saturday and ship out on a Sunday on a limited service. Once collected from us you will receive updates from DPD by the email or text number you provide. Occasionally on busy days we sometimes are unable to ship the same day but instead will send the following day. Once you have the tracking number from DPD there are convenience options available to you for example you can change delivery day or leave instructions to leave safe or with a neighbour. We dispatch every day except Saturday, On a Sunday we operate a limited service, if you order before 10am you stand a good chance of getting your order on the Monday. 

Carriage is included to most of the UK Mainland but for the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland IOM and IOW we use Hermes which have a surcharge and can take a little longer, any exclusions or additional cost shown at the checkout.

Once its been collected from us.

  • Occasionally multiple parcels can get split up resulting in the second parcel turning up a day late.
  • If you have not received any  notification from DPD within a COUPLE OF DAYS please contact us as the longer its left the harder it is to resolve.
  • You can track and amend delivery for your parcel by entering the consignment number DPD sent you along with your postcode from this link. Track my Parcel/Change delivery/Rate your delivery.
  • You can see from this example what you can do, you can change the day of delivery if it doesn’t suite you/ask for it to be left with a neighbour or a safe place, there is also a choice to have it delivered to a local drop off  near to you if that works better for you.

We have used DPD Local on and off for a few years and find them on the whole to be about the best but that’s not to say they don’t mess up sometimes which is as frustrating for us as it is you. The service depends on how good the drivers are too and occasionally you will get one who’s not very good. DPD have a facility on their tracking page where you can rate your delivery and driver, so why not leave a comment, it’s likely that you may just use this to sound off if there’s been a problem but you can leave a positive comment too, we all like a pat on the back sometimes to know you’ve done a good job. On the other hand if you were dissatisfied you should also say this here it will be noted and is a good way to improve things for another time, in turn good or bad this will be relayed to the drivers.
