Delivery was speedy, but for the second time, I received less hay than I ordered and had to email to get the rest of the order sent. Not very environmentally friendly to have 2 delivery trips for each of those orders. The office send the outstanding hay quickly but I would prefer not to have to chase anything up and just get my whole order in one delivery. The hay is great.
